Natasha Chatlein started making deodorants and body butters with essential oils as therapy to deal with a highly toxic workplace. A year later SHEEK Organics was born out of a hobby that got out of hand! SHEEK was also born out of a desire to elevate raw and organic ingredients to their rightful status of luxury and indulgence. Natasha believes there is nothing more luxurious than ingredients from Mother Nature for a healthy mind, body and soul. To stay in touch with her techie side, she also founded and runs BrainCoral Labs, an accelerator and fund focused on connecting Caribbean tech startups to Silicon Valley.

Mo Seetubtim is the founder & CEO of The Happiness Planner, an inspirational stationery brand whose vision is to inspire people to live a purpose and passion driven life and to find happiness from within.

Jing Cai Lee is the founder of Pacific Pause, a company that offers an approachable mindfulness meditation experience. We host guided meditation classes to the world and our experienced teachers guide you every step of the way. Our mission is to create more ease, happiness and compassion in the modern world.

SESSION 2: Essential Oils Inspiration

Of course they smell wonderful, but there’s much more can be gained from a solid understanding of aromatherapy. Join this session to understand how to effectively reduce your stress after a long day with only a dab or two of your favorite scent. Creating a sound bath experience, anyone?

Kimberly Rose’s mission is to support the community by providing and sharing natural, healing alternatives. She is a Certified Massage Therapist, Wellness Advocate with doTERRA essential oils and owner of Nurture Wellness Holistic Healing Center in San Jose. She provides quality, therapeutic body work, energy and sound healing, and essential oil education.

SESSION 3: Meditation at Work

Meditation is one of the most underrated, portable, and accessible tools in the world of relaxation when you need to decompress and refresh. In this session, we’ll actually dive into how to begin a regular meditation practice, creating strategies that you can bring with you as you face your next stressful situation--all you need to do is close your eyes.

Dana Marie Nielsen is a somatic psychotherapist MFTi with the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy. She specializes in working with women on issues of women's empowerment and in re-integrating their intuition and embodied knowing. Dana is also an ashtanga yogi, activist and water lover. She believes in the power of trust, surrender, and miracles. She is also the owner of Wild Woman Therapy.

SESSION 4: Find Your Happy Place

It’s a phrase we’ve heard over and over, a desperate cry to relax under extreme pressure. This workshop will help you create your pleasure, purpose, and peace, gaining the ability to have a mental escape whenever you need it most.

Vanessa Loder is a women’s leadership expert, renowned speaker and the founder of She has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, Women’s Health and Glamour Magazine. Her Tedx talk “How To Lean In Without Burning Out” has over 100,000 views. After an unfulfilling experience of continual career climbing left her burned out after over a decade of working in finance, Vanessa quit her job to seek meaningful work. She began studying mindfulness, neuroscience, optimal performance and behavioral psychology. Her personal transformation, research, and work have helped women clarify their next career move and create success in a new way.
