From Growing Your Idea to Growing Your Audience”, we’re going to cover how to take products and ideas to market, and then how to effectively promote them to grow your audience. We’ll discuss what to do when you just have an idea, how to achieve product-market fit, and how you identify and then grow the audience of your product. You’ll immediately have a chance to test what we’ve discussed, so bring your business or product ideas and a willingness to share and learn!
Sally Rogers
Sally Rogers began her foray into good food by leaving a corporate career in 2016 and starting Nibble (a healthy snacking company) and The Pickle (an editorial). She recently co-founded Parsnip, a platform that makes it easy for brands to find the right partners. She is a good food system advocate and consultant, advising companies like Fare Resources and The Good Food Foundation on branding, strategy, and communications. She Chairs the Slow Food San Francisco Board, advises The Cooking Project, and is on the leadership team of Ellevate San Francisco.

Priyanka Kedia is the founder of Ayva Jewelry. She creates jewelry to empower women in their professional and personal lives. After spending nearly a decade working in corporate America for companies such as Safeway, Treasury Wine Estates and managing their multimillion dollar brands, Priyanka knew what truly drives conversions, and sold-out launches —it’s not by creating another beautiful piece of jewelry but instead focusing on how well you connect with the people you’re trying to help.
Ayva has landed coverage in print outlets around the world, including winning the prestigious A’Design award.
Priyanka holds a degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a CSCP for Global Supply chain management.

The session starts out with a panel and plenty of time for Q&A. It is followed by break out sessions and closes the loop by getting you all together. You can hear from all of the amazing speakers in this session during the panel, and then use the dedicated time to go deep with whoever you want to hear more from
Ha Nguyen
Ha is a founding Partner of Spero Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm that supports founders building a future that belongs to everyone. As a member of a 5 person investment team (4 of whom are women), Ha invests in early stage, purpose-driven, for-profit startups. Ha also coaches CEOs and advises on product and design, and leads the firm's marketing & network efforts to build brand awareness and expand the network.
Ha sits on the advisory boards of several startups, and frequently gives talks around the globe on how to build products that customers love. Ha believes strongly in building community, and is a member of the Executive steering committee of Women In Product (community of 7k+ female product leaders) and co-founded the Product Leader Summit (bi-annual conference and quarterly gathering of CPOs, VPs & Dirs of Product).
Ha previously was the VP Product/CPO at several early and mid-stage startups including Stella & Dot, Betfair, Keaton Row and Oodle. She started her early product career at eBay in its early start-up years during a period of hyper-growth. Ha received her MBA from Harvard and BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bethany is a native of Mississippi who relocated to the Silicon Valley in 2018. Bethany is an enthusiast for anything technology related, as well as randomly obscure trivia facts. Bethany works in the technology industry and spends much too much time scouring the latest financial, footwear and technology news for new tech toys and shoes for their collection. Bethany loves product development and improving the processes of developing successful products. Bethany has worked with small (<50) and large technology (>10,000+) companies to increase product adoption, improve the product experience and design, and evolve the product vision.

Grace Kraaijvanger is a visionary entrepreneur, artist, and community-maker who created The Hivery as a realization of her longstanding dream to bring a community of women together in a beautiful space that would inspire and empower them to reach their fullest potential.
