In this session, Rachael will share how pausing, or intentional shifts in behavior, help to live a more satisfying and meaningful life. Learn to Yearn and understand why tapping into your yearnings can help you navigate what to do next, how to do it, and live a satisfying and meaningful life: at work or beyond! This isn't just about mindfulness or meditation, this is about being more self-aware and building your emotional intelligence to know how you feel and what your deeper desires are, or yearnings, to tap into so you can be more satisfied in everything you do. In this session you will learn: 1) Feel centered and present as you experience a brief guided pause led by Rachael (5-10minutes) in the beautiful outdoor Serendipity space 2) Be more satisfied throughout your day as you learn what yearnings are and catch your yearnings in the moment. 3) learn the neuroscience behind what's happening - experience first hand the difference between the reward center and the satisfaction center in the brain.
